This is a monthly event for anyone interested in simple ways to improve their lifestyle and prevent disease. We meet on the second Sunday of each month and have a catered, plant-based meal, health talk, and cooking demonstration. We hope you'll love the food, learn something new, and make new friends that are on a similar journey. This is a free event, but donations are accepted to cover the food cost.
