This is a new group formed to promote eating a healthy, plant-based diet that is open to the public. Each meeting will have an educational topic and a vegan/vegetarian potluck dinner. Attendees are asked to bring food to share as well as paying a fee of $7.00 for adults and $3.00 for children 6 - 13 years, 5 and under are free. First meeting is Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 6:30 PM at Jack Jackter Elementary School, Room 78 in Colchester, CT

This silent center that we all are is joy, peace and love. Regular practice helps to expand that centeredness and make it a part of everyday life.
