Hi there, fellow veggies :) I've been a veg for 26 years, since I was 14, but I never had a very good diet...too much bread, pasta, cheese and sweets. Now, I'm RAW & I love it! I'm all about fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds & herbs. Yum :)
