Holiday Celebration

Come celebrate the holidays with the Vegetarian Meetup Group at PF Chang's. Take a break from your holiday shopping for lunch with new friends. They have great vegetarian food and a nice environment as well. Also as a perk after the Meetup you will be near to all the stores at Promenade Shops at Briargate to continue your shopping. What a great group, and yummy food! Lisa, thank you again for your awesome vegan cookies (Mexican Wedding Cakes). I want the recipe! PF Chang's has delicious Ma Po Tofu, well-prepared brown rice, and a wonderful organic Cabernet! I really enjoyed meeting some people who take a kind approach to eating.

Hi Allison- I only know of one going on in Denver. Check out the Message Board and then Turkey- Free Thursday for details. Maybe someone else will know if there is something going on in the Springs.
