Introduction

I best describe myself by saying "I don't buy much meat" I'm interested in vegetarianism for ecological and health reasons. I'm slowly learning to be a good cook and grill-master, but have a shortage of good (and easy) recipes.

Who or What influenced your decision to go Veg?

I'm really not sure. I've had vegetarian friends since I was 21, and I've toyed with it ever since.

Is your family supportive of your being veg?

To a small extent. My family trys to be supportive but they live 1200 miles away (Chicago) and when they visit they eat fish... they realize that a fish is meat, but they also know that it is one of the healthier alternatives.
